WHAT TO EXPECT
Warmup
Every class will start with dynamic stretching and movements to get your blood flowing and ready for the main workout.
Full Body Workout
You can expect to strengthen your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness with compound movements at every class. You will utilize various equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, and bands, as well as bodyweight. Modifications are provided for every exercise, and every class is unique so it will never be boring!
Cool Down
Static stretches and breathing exercises to slow down the heart rate and initiate recovery
