Looking for a great workout?

Join Sasha on Sundays from 4-5pm for a well-rounded full-body workout!

 

Each class is a dynamic fusion of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

 

Modifications are provided for every exercise

Classes are kept small so that every attendee receives individual attention.

 

Make sure to sign up early to guarantee your spot!

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Warmup

Every class will start with dynamic stretching and movements to get your blood flowing and ready for the main workout.

 

Full Body Workout

You can expect to strengthen your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness with compound movements at every class. You will utilize various equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, and bands, as well as bodyweight. Modifications are provided for every exercise, and every class is unique so it will never be boring!

 

Cool Down

Static stretches and breathing exercises to slow down the heart rate and initiate recovery
