What Is In-Home Training?
As a client, you can expect to benefit from a multimodal approach that draws upon my in-depth knowledge of biomechanics, therapeutic exercise, nutrition, behavior modification, neurophysiology and more. I will work closely with you to develop a fitness program based on your goals and interests while taking into account any physical condition(s) that may affect your ability to exercise.

My fitness sessions are flexible to meet your needs; no gym required! Workouts can take place anywhere that is convenient, such as a park or office, but most clients prefer to exercise at home. In-home exercise programs require little space and equipment. Based on the the success and achievements of my clients, I am confident that you will find my in-home exercise programs are an efficient and effective alternative to gym-based training.
